Marketing Director (Full time salaried position)

Must be able to:

  • Identify, locate and hire the necessary partners to coordinate and execute a national marketing campaign (Media Buyer, Copyrighter, Advertisement and other team players)
  • Manage the CertifiedCare brand
  • Manage external vendors to plan, implement and track integrated marketing initiatives (multimedia packages, flyers, brochures, post cards, scripts, etc.)
  • Create and manage schedules
  • Produce detailed reports
  • Identify opportunities for improving integrated marketing campaigns

Marketing Communications Specialist (Full time salaried position)

Must be able to:

  • Meet with appropriate sales or marketing representatives to discuss communication needs or participate as a member of the sales and marketing team
  • Research, write and develop sketches of supporting graphics, and consult with printing firm representatives on the needs of the particular project
  • Present recommendations to Marketing Director
  • Arrange the development of videotape scripts and select a film producer to handle the assignment
  • Overview editing and voice-overs to assure quality production in line with the parameters of the assignment
  • Draft speeches for senior management
  • Develop and coordinate multimedia packages—letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays—for particular assignments
  • Develop direct mail programs, as dictated by the assignment, and monitors roll-out of the campaign and checks for success level at conclusion
  • Develops draft advertising text and layouts as part of campaign materials and presents to advertising manager for review and approval

Membership Director (Full time salaried position)

Must be able to:

  • Contribute to the development of the Organization’s strategic plans
  • Direct the delivery of a program of membership development in accordance with Organizations strategic plan
  • Contribute to the formulation of Organization’s policies, programs and procedures and make recommendations for future development; grow and retain membership in accordance with the strategic plan
  • Manage the operations of the department within budget
  • Develop a focused well motivated team which delivers high standards of quality, performance and commitment plan and direct each stage of the membership development process (specifically): Direct a program of Professional Standards and Code of Ethics
  • Update the Social Media contact with information to be disseminated via those channels
  • Collection and interpretation of member and non-member intelligence, including member needs, the member benefit package, entry criteria, satisfaction and competitiveness using membership surveys
  • The recruitment of new members and affiliates
  • The orientation of new members and volunteers
  • The engagement and involvement of other members
  • Manage the membership renewal process
  • Develop and direct general marketing campaigns to promote the organization’s mission and purpose and ensure these are coordinated with recruitment and retention activity
  • Direct the sale of vender/sponsor services to members
  • Lead the work of the department to insure an efficient and effective operation
  • Recruit, induct, appraise and motivate the department
  • Direct membership development training programs
  • Promote team building through effective communication and targeted training and development
  • Monitor and present reports on departmental spend, income and membership levels
  • Ensure the membership information is accurate and meets the needs of the department and other users
  • Update the Executive Director on the progress of activities
  • Maintain regular contact with volunteer committees, to provide them with support and assistance on activity that relates to membership development and advise them about policies, training and member benefits
  • Remain current with Organization policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
